Every Eagle Deserves a Second Chance

On Saturday, July 18, Adult Bald Eagle 26-519 arrived at our center after being found grounded and unable to fly. Weak and vulnerable, she is now undergoing a full medical assessment and receiving the veterinary care they need to recover.

Based on information available to us and the circumstances surrounding the rescue, this patient is believed to be part of a well known breeding pair from the Big Bear area. While we cannot independently confirm the eagle's identity, our commitment remains the same: every Bald Eagle entrusted to our care receives the highest standard of veterinary care and rehabilitation.

Bald Eagles require specialized care, and because we receive no sustained government funding, that care is only possible through the generosity of people like you.
