This Giving Tuesday, give a gift that takes flight!
Help us build a brighter future—for raptors, for children, and for the planet.
Saving Lives, Inspiring Generations
This Giving Tuesday, Ojai Raptor Center invites you to give a gift that takes flight—a gift that saves lives, inspires curiosity, and ensures a future where both raptors and children can soar.
At Ojai Raptor Center, we are committed to rescuing and rehabilitating injured and orphaned raptors, providing them with the care they need to take to the skies again. At the same time, we empower young minds through education programs that connect children—especially those in underserved communities—with the wonder of nature and the vital role raptors play in our ecosystems.
Your Giving Tuesday gift makes this vital work possible:
- $10 - Feeds a recovering adult raptor for one day.
- $15 - Purchases one single-use Tyvek suite, used to prevent the spread of the fatal avian virus, HPAI.
- $20 - Feeds one young, growing nestling or fledgling for one day.
- $70 - Feeds a recovering raptor for one week.
- $150 - Purchases a 25-pack of disposable Tyvek protective garments to prevent the spread of the deadly HPAI virus, which is almost 100% fatal to raptors.
- $200 - Helps fund diagnostic laboratory testing for one raptor patient.
- $500 - Supports hands-on environmental education for local youth.
- $2,000 - Pays for one surgery for one injured patient.
Together, we can:
- Save lives and give injured raptors a second chance to soar.
- Preserve these birds of prey for future generations.
- Inspire children to become passionate stewards of the environment.
Your support today ensures that injured raptors have the care they need to heal and that young minds are equipped with the knowledge and inspiration to protect them tomorrow.
Give a gift that takes flight this Giving Tuesday. Your support helps us create a brighter future—for raptors, for children, and for our planet.
Thank you for making a difference. Together, we’re saving lives and inspiring hope for generations to come, one gift at a time.
